5. No gambling, betting or financial trading

ClutchTrades is intended as a skill-based competition and entertainment platform. It is not a casino, sportsbook, betting platform, lottery, financial trading platform, investment platform, broker, exchange, derivatives platform or crypto platform.

6. Competition entries

  • Once-off entry fees apply unless the user has an active Competitor Pass

  • Access ends when the competition ends
  • No duplicate entries for the same competition unless explicitly allowed

7. Subscriptions

  • A cancelled subscription continues until the end of the billing period
  • No refunds for unused subscription time unless required by law
  • Contact support for billing disputes

10. Prize structure

  • Top 10 profitable entrants are eligible
  • 1st receives 60%
  • 2nd receives 20%
  • 3rd receives 10%
  • 4th to 10th split the remaining 10% equally
  • Zero or negative PnL entrants are not eligible
  • Final realised PnL after settlement determines rank
  • Open positions are auto-settled at competition end using the final verified snapshot

Displayed prize pools apply only to competitions that proceed and meet the minimum entrant requirement.

10a. Minimum Entrants and Competition Activation

Each ClutchTrades competition requires a minimum of 30 eligible entrants before it can proceed. An eligible entrant is a user who has completed the required entry process, paid the applicable entry fee or holds valid eligible access, and is not disqualified, refunded, excluded, or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.

If a competition does not reach the minimum number of eligible entrants, ClutchTrades may postpone, reschedule, cancel, or roll the competition into a future round. In that case, your paid entry or reserved access may be applied to the next eligible competition, unless a refund is required by applicable law or expressly offered by ClutchTrades.

ClutchTrades does not guarantee that any specific competition will proceed unless the minimum entrant requirement is met. Prize pools are only activated for competitions that proceed.

11. Verified price data

  • The platform uses third-party or marketplace price data
  • Verified snapshots update periodically
  • Displayed price and executable mark price are based on platform methodology
  • Delays or data interruptions can occur
  • ClutchTrades may pause trading or settle based on the last valid verified data if necessary

12. Auto-settlement

At competition end, any open simulated positions may be automatically closed using the final verified aggregate price snapshot available at or before the competition end time. This finalises leaderboard results.

13. Prohibited conduct

  • Multi-account abuse
  • Payment fraud
  • Chargeback abuse
  • Manipulation attempts
  • Bots or scripts unless approved
  • Exploiting bugs
  • Harassment
  • Reverse engineering
  • Attempting to bypass security or RLS
  • Reselling accounts or access

14. Platform availability

  • No guarantee of uninterrupted service
  • Maintenance and downtime are possible
  • Competitions may be delayed, paused, cancelled or rescheduled if technical issues occur

15. Disqualification and account restrictions

ClutchTrades may suspend or disqualify users for abuse, fraud, rule breaches, manipulation, payment issues or legal reasons.

16. Limitation of liability

ClutchTrades is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClutchTrades is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss.
