1. Who we are
ClutchTrades operates a skill-based CS2 skin market prediction competition platform. We provide simulated competitions where users enter fixed-fee competitions, receive virtual credits, and compete based on simulated market prediction performance.

2. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, username, password authentication data through Supabase/Auth provider
- Payment and billing information: handled by Stripe. ClutchTrades does not store full card numbers
- Competition activity: entries, virtual credit balances, positions, simulated trades, leaderboard results
- Technical data: device, browser, IP address, logs, cookies or similar technologies
- Support communications: emails or support messages sent to support@clutchtrades.com
3. How we use information
- Create and manage accounts
- Provide access to competitions
- Process payments and subscriptions through Stripe
- Calculate virtual credits, PnL, leaderboard positions and prize outcomes
- Provide support
- Detect fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts or manipulation
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting and payment obligations
- Improve the platform
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. ClutchTrades does not store full card numbers. Stripe may process payment data according to its own terms and privacy policies.
5. Legal basis / lawful processing
We process personal information where necessary to provide the service, perform our agreement with you, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate platform interests, prevent abuse, and where required, based on your consent.
