By accessing or using ClutchTrades, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

ClutchTrades is a skill-based trading competition platform. It is not:
- A financial services provider
- A brokerage
- A gambling operator
- An investment product or financial instrument
The Platform provides simulated points-based competitions. Points are not money and have no cash value.
3. Competition Structure
Users may enter structured competitions and trade with points under predefined rules. Each competition may include specific parameters such as:
- Start points allocation
- Allowed instruments/markets
- Time windows / duration
- Risk limits
- Scoring and ranking methodology
We reserve the right to modify competition parameters, suspend competitions, or disqualify entries if integrity or fairness is compromised.
4. No Financial Advice
Content on ClutchTrades is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.
5. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must comply with your local laws to access or use the Platform. We may restrict access in certain jurisdictions.
6. Entry Fees & Payments
Some competitions may require an entry fee. Fees, when applicable, will be shown clearly before checkout. All payments are subject to your payment provider’s terms and applicable laws.
7. Prizes
Where prize pools exist, the rules and eligibility requirements will be stated for each competition. Prizes may be subject to verification, fraud checks, and compliance checks.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Exploit bugs, use bots, automation, or manipulate leaderboards
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Upload malicious code, interfere with service operation, or abuse APIs
- Harass other users or submit unlawful content
9. Platform Availability
We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, downtime, or outages may occur.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ClutchTrades and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or pose a risk to users or operations. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ClutchTrades (Pty) Ltd. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice on the Platform. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
